CAD DESIGN

SIGMA+STAR can undertake Computer-aided design projects across many engineering disciplines. We deliver multi-disciplinary CAD solutions utilizing state-of-the-art computational software including CATIA V5 & SIEMENS NX to produce 3D models and fully defined 2D technical drawings in accordance with ISO, ASME Y14.1 and BS 8888 industry standards.

ADVANCED COMPOSITES

We are specialists in advanced composites design and manufacturing. In SIGMA+STAR we develop monolithic and sandwich components from a range of materials, including carbon fibre, glass fiber and natural reinforcements, with expertise in pre-preg systems, RTM, resin Infusion and wet layup.

ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING (COMING SOON)

Commonly known as 3D printing, is an additive process in which a three-dimensional object is created layer-by-layer using 3D object scanners or computer aided design. It offers cost and lead times reductions and, suitable for creating complex geometries.
